For floor pans and possibly rockers, about the only thing worth messing with is originals. Ive been told there are no really good re-pop pans out there. For the originals, I would talk to John Fowley at Big M auto http://www.bigmauto.com/ 

Upholstery, about the only game in town, short of getting the material and having covers made, would be Quirey: https://quirey-quality-design-co.business.site/

Quirey should be good for front suspension parts also....  Possibly Mopar-Pro https://www.moparpro.com/
