How can the insurance company deny their claim.  They must have accepted the Fowlies' premium.  Otherwise, there would be nothing to deny.   If the situation changed after the policy was renewed, I suppose the insurance company would have grounds to deny the claim.  Otherwise, the insurance company knew the situation when the policy was renewed and should honor the claim.   Anyone know who their insurance company is so we can boycott them?
