{Chrysler 300} Type F vs. Type A

Hello, everyone:

I recent had a discussion with another "gearhead" regarding the friction modifier in Type F. He said type F would hold up better in high performance engines than Type A. Has anyone used Type F in their engines? Any recommendations?

Best,
