I have never had any experience with accelerator pump discharge blockage. Maybe since in Australia we can get gas without ethanol at any service station. (I only use ethanol gas in my new car as it is cheaper.) However, since they took lead out over thirty years ago, I have been using Flashlube in my old cars under the assumption that it protects the valve seats. Not sure if it works since I haven’t pulled a head off, but it hasn’t caused any harm and is cheap. Maybe it helps the carb as well? https://www.flashlube.com/products/valve-saver-fluid Might not be readily available in the USA but you probably have an equivalent. From: chrysler-300-club-international@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx <chrysler-300-club-international@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> On Behalf Of Noel Hastalis Several years ago I met fellow 300 Club member, Don Verhoff, up at the Iola car extravaganza, who had his sweet black 300-G coupe on display. Don's business was building diesel engines and strongly recommended running a few ounces of Marvel Mystery Oil in my gas tank with every fill-up. Said he used it in all his engines. I had been addng it until I ran out last year - need to go buy another gallon! On the phone with Joe Jordan a couple nights ago, he also recommends it. Noel
