The days are flying by - just 6 more days until August 17th - including today - to book your room at our Host Hotel - The Inn on Baron's Creek, phone (830)990-9202. August 17th is the Hotel's deadline for reserving your room at our favorable Club rate of $149/night + tax.

 

Independent of your Hotel reservation, you have until September 3rd to provide me your Meet Registration Form and Payment!

 

As we've read in our Host's, Randy Thorne's, recent email communications, Fredericksburg is a wonderful tourist destination, offering many attractions in its general area. I've never visited that area, so am looking forward to exploring it.

 

Please note that, if I have received your Meet Registration Form and Payment, I have confirmed this with you via email. IF, you have mailed your Registration Form and have not received my confirmation, PLEASE let me know!
