{Chrysler 300} 1956 300B value/for sale

My dad's wanting to sell the 300B he bought from John Cote back in 2004, VIN 3N561364, and he's having a hard time finding current market value for it. Sure hagerty says this, and recent auctions say that, but I figured the folks here might have their own expert opinions. 

Pics attached, and here's the details. 

 

Owner was Ken Block back in the 90s I believe, John Cote was the owner when it won it's AACA Junior in 2003, Senior in 2004, as well as other AACA awards. 

My dad purchased in 2005 and it's been climate controlled since then. Definitely not a 100 point car, but very clean and detailed.
