{Chrysler 300} 1962 Transmission Dipstick Tube SEAL

Hello All,

The part number for the Transmission Oil Filler Tube SEAL is 1316 815.

Do we know what it is?

Is it a rubber O-Ring that lives at the base of the Dipstick Tube?

I assume it might be that & I should add a bit of gasket sealer to keep the trans fluid from seeping out?
