{Chrysler 300} New wiring harnesses?

At the Fredburg Meet I heard someone discussing replacement wiring harnesses. I am aware of Y and Z in California, but another source in the East was mentioned. What is the name of the one in the East, how do you contact them and which shop makes a better harness?
