{Chrysler 300} Seat cardboard.

Hi all, I have a question regarding 300F front seats. The cardboard pieces that mount to seat frame I ordered from Quirey. They sent me 4 pieces Peace. See pictures. Two attached well to frame but not sure where other two pieces go. Dave at Quirey wasn’t sure either. And thinks my not be for the car. Any input would be appreciated. Thank, Kim.
