I’ve had a variety of SMS experiences: the most recent mirrors - to an extent- yours. It took a long time to receive the vinyl and cloth they said they had for my 61 Polara. They responded quickly and professionally to say that they had both - but getting them was like pulling teeth. I began to think I’d never get the cloth, frankly - when out of the blue it arrived!
