{Chrysler 300} 1962 Steering Gear Question

Steer and Gear rebuilt it.

They sent me the below. 

I know where to install, just have a few questions:

Fitting for the High Pressure Hose - Just install as is?  Or use anything on the threads to seal them?  Like thin white tape sometimes used on fuel line fittings. 

Return Line Housing - No gasket. Just the pair of O-Rings, right?  Use any gasket sealant on the base of the Housing?  Does that Copper Washer live anywhere?
