it was probably driven until the Autotemp 1 system failed and sat thereafter. When those fail, one gets neither cold or hot air when they want it. And all that joy for only an additional $481 and since the controllers for those systems were so unreliable, the reserves went early on such that they are all but impossible to find and even if you do find one, it might not work or if it does at all, it will be short lived.
