If you look close at the photos it is a spray and pray job. The underside looks like it was painted with a rattle can as one can see overspray onto the red paint. All the underside nuts and bolts are painted.
Nothing was taken apart. Likely the entire chassis is stock and never rebuilt. I laugh when I read the comments. People fall for a shinny apple.
