RE: {Chrysler 300} door vapor sheet

One of the things I do is to use some plastic on the rear of the door panels in addition to a sheet on the doors and quarters themselves. I have also seen people just use it on the door panel side and not bother with the metal side.

What has worked for others in regard to securing the door plastic sheet vapor barrier?

 

I see butyl rubber tape, 3M body caulk, ...........?

 

What will hold the sheets and allow any future acces into the inner sanctums?
