I need 2 of these and 2 recievers for my F as well. Found a place in California but was pricey and minimum order of 15 of each and the dimensions were not quite the same but might work

--Ditto for my F, built 5/5:60. Only my rear armrest cover has the stud/tang. The 1960 lid uses a ball stud secured by nut to the lid which fits into a tang in the base. My car was absent these, and every specialty hardware shop I spoke to said good luck.
I consulted with Gary Goers who said that it might be the hardest part to find for the car! He scrounged one up from a fella in Canada and sent it to me. I sent it to member Peter Kearing's son David who reproduced it from a 3D printer and I sent that to Bob Merritt.
I attach herewith the paperwork on the item.
The 61 lid eliminated the ball stud and receiver for no latch at all.
