On my non-Ram 300K, I keep thinking of hunting down a set of exhaust manifolds. That said, I may try to barrow a set for a month and have Sanderson Headers, which happens to be close by, make me a set in steel
that are the same size and general shape of the factory cast iron units. They can do just about anything as since they are close by, not a bad idea if one wants a non-stock header. James From: 'Tony Rinaldi' via Chrysler 300 Club International <chrysler-300-club-international@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
Hi Ryan, Tony Rinaldi here. I sold my 300-F but it had J/K headers and a custom 3” stainless exhaust. Do you have the support brackets that came with the headers? We used a “X” pipe & custom mufflers from Waldon Exhaust. You need a fitting that gets welded to the new exhaust that matches up to the flange of the headers along with gaskets. You will be blocking the heating pipes to the rams. We water heated the ram bases like the Grand Turismo racing Fs.
