Looks like a very nice item.  There is a thin nut underneath the metal dash that is accessible by removing the HVAC controls, or at least dropping the controls out of the way, by unscrewing the four phillips head screws that secure the HVAC bezel to the dash.  Unscrew the nut and remove the mirror post from the top side, reverse procedure to install new mirror.  Once secure, reinstall the HVAC bezel/controls.

FYI only.   New reproduction part.  Day/Night mirror for 1960-62 Chrysler at Vans Auto. 

I saw this on Facebook, said it will be available for shipping the first week of March.

Looks correct to me.  

I didn't see it listed at Murray's or anywhere else.

The original stems are always corroded and NOS is difficult to find/expensive. 

I've got a couple on order.
