Hello,
I have another batch of parts for sale that will fit a variety of Forward Look cars. I also have some parts remaining from my previous post, which are listed below the new items with discounted prices. Photos of parts can be seen in the Google Photo album at the link located at the end of this email. Buyer is to pay shipping on any purchase. Definitely open to offers.
1955 Chrysler/DeSoto/Imperial headlight bezel - One Only: $40. Very nice original with virtually no pitting. Chrome is almost driver quality, but oddly enough is missing a strip of chrome on bottom face. Would need to be rechromed to be concours. There is one ding along the front edge where something has hit it.
1955 Chrysler/Imperial Door Handle - RH Side Only: $35 Great original core with worn out chrome, but non pitted chrome. Would need to be rechromed to be concours. Works smoothly
NOS Mopar Coil Bracket: $20 the part number says it fits a variety of years and models. However, a Google search of this part number shows one with an additional tab on top for a resistor. So maybe this one was boxed wrong at some point in time. Use the images to verify it is correct for your application.
1957-58 Chrysler Horn Ring with Horn Button - Missing Retainer Ring: $95 real nice original core with minimal pitting. Excellent part to have rechromed to be a concour horn ring. As mentioned, it comes with the non-300 button, but is missing the twist in retainer ring. Button lens and ring is nice and clear. Paint on inside is deteriorating on sides.
1957-58 Chrysler and DeSoto Fuel Filler Door: $15 original part with working hinge taken from parted out 57
1957-58 Chrysler Glove Box Door: $30 for door with hinges attached (blue) and $20 for the door without hinges attached (green).
1957-58 Chrysler Column Sleeve Cover: $15 gets either one.
1958 Chrysler Climate Control Mechanism for A/C: $65 complete intact mechanism for car with air conditioning. I am also throwing in a standard bezel, slider knob, and mechanism in case parts are needed. It shows all the wear you would expect on a used part this old. The slider bezel is pitted, but would not be a problem to rechrome.
1961 Chrysler New Yorker Fender Emblem Pair: $85 Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I believe these are ‘61 only and different from ‘62. These are nice originals with the gold plate backers. Nice driver quality would need to be replated to be concours.
1957 Chrysler Door Panel Handle Trim Band Pair: $55 This is the chrome between the armrest and door panel. Nice driver quality with minimal pitting, would need to be replated to be concours.
1958 Chrysler Door Panel Hash Mark Reflectors: $10 I’m not sure about nowadays, but when my grandfather was restoring 58’s he said you had to remove from an existing car to use on the restoration. These were cut out of a New Yorker we parted out and have been in a plastic bag for over 20 years. If these are not a problem nowadays, someone please let me know.
Here is an updated list of what remains from the last batch of parts I had for sale. Prices have been reduced.
1957 -1958 Chrysler/DeSoto package tray defrost vent housing pair with one bezel. $45
1957-58 Chrysler/DeSoto kick panel metal trim: $25 per pair. Not sure if one of these is 57 and one is 58 as they both have the same shape, but the black pair is smooth, while the green pair has a revel stamped in it.
1958 Chrysler clock with extra front bezel: $45 Lens is clear with no cracks or crazing. Obviously the front bezel is very pitted and the extra bezel is somewhat better. Mechanism moves fine when stem is pulled and twisted to adjust time.
1957-58 Chrysler courtesy light housings: $15 for the pair. Not the prettiest, but solid and restorable. Has one good lens with it too. Wiring intact on backside.
1955-59 Chrysler/DeSoto window crank handles: $45 for the pair. Nice driver quality, would need to be rechromed to be show quality. One handle still has a containment clip on backside.
1957-58 Chrysler/DeSoto door lock lever: $20 driver quality, but would need to be rechromed to be show quality.
1957-58 Chrysler/DeSoto washer fluid squirter nozzle: $25 driver quality, but has a couple of small pits and would need to be rechromed to be show quality.
Thank you for looking,
Josh Mishler
