Today, 4/9, is the Deadline to book your Host Hotel room for our Lafayette Meet - starting just a short 3 weeks from today! Some rooms are still available.

 

Please! If you haven't already booked, call the Hilton Garden Inn Lafayette today and make your reservation! Our Meet Registration Form is attached. Call the hotel and mention our 300 Group!

 

Kelly and Mark have orchestrated a wonderful Meet for us, and we're all looking forward to this Cajun party!

 

And, if you're running a little late mailing me your Registration Form and payment, please email me a copy of your Form to cpaviper@xxxxxxxxxxx and follow up with your mailed Form and payment. I need your Form by April 15th!

 

I'll be confirming receipt of the Form and your payment with you directly, upon receiving it.
