This is in reply to yours asking about a floor appropriate for a 300 to park upon.

Like James I used a Sherwin Williams epoxy, but mine was professionally applied. I highly recommend a professional application. While watching the work being done it will likely occur to you that you have only one shot to get it right.

I used grey without any fleck in it as I thought it would be easier to find dropped hardware. Solid colors show every particle of dirt and imperfection in the surface. Use a fleck.

The sun will yellow the floor, no way around that, not terrible but a fact. If you are fond of dropping tools  and starters on the floor you will chip epoxy. You can clean epoxy with almost any petroleum distillates.

Do not, however use any cleaner with a high or low PH. No acids and no alkalines.

I think this topic is consistent with list serve policy. Am refinishing the garage where I store my 300. Wondering about experience with concrete polishing vs epoxy etc.

I live in New England and worry about surfaces exposed to salt in winter. The back half of my garage will be for my 300 (not used in winter) and the front half for daily driver. Would like both to look great.

Any recommendations?
