{Chrysler 300} Fraud - The Ram Man Inc.

Earlier this year I posted a note on the following business claiming specialization in rebuilding Dual Tandem Bendix brake boosters:

https://therammaninc.com/

Several of you replied with feedback on this outfit - unfortunately, I placed my order before learning of past instances of customer problems including posts on Mopar forums and the BBB.  Unfortunately, I never received the booster and they even sent me "proof" of having printed a USPS shipping label although USPS never received the part.  Eventually, they stopped answering phone calls or e-mail inquiries.

The good news is I placed the order using a VISA card and VISA subsequently closed out my claim today with a full refund.

Truth be told, this is the first problem I've ever had ordering countless parts or web-based transactions over many years.
