Hi all,
The work on my rolling rebuilt of our “daily driver” 300K has come to a full stop and will not resume for several months. At the end of July, without any prior issues, I went into serious heart failure at 65 years old.
Open heart Surgery which went well…until it became apparent that I am allergic to the blood thinker heparin. So instead of a week in the hospital it became a month. I got home yesterday and feel like crap. It will be months like 3 to 6 before I can work on anything.
My upholstery guy has the rear seats done, but there is no way I can drive for at least a month or two to get the car down to him to install them. The fronts still need to be done.
What a PITA…
