Eaton has an excellent reputation across the hobby. I own 9 cars all from the Big 3. My guess is your mixed bag contains several disgruntled customers who likely ordered the wrong springs, easy to do what with 1 and 2 inch underweight or overweight or heavy duty as selections. Easy to make an error and be unhappy.
Of course you can try the dozens of other antique automobile spring sellers/consult their reviews...

I went to buy a piece of glass and gasket from a salvage yard, one of those where they pull the parts for you, and whoever did it ruined the gasket by pulling the little strip completely off the gasket. The strip stays with the gasket, don’t tear it off, just pry it open. This allows the glass to have space to move because the gasket becomes less rigid.--
