{Chrysler 300} Carquest 53-31500 NS-11 Neutral Safety Switch for International Chrysler Dodge eBay

this is 3 pin one 
center pin on both ends must be neutral switch ? 
White nylon must get pushed back by R position — that R bump must be below or above centerline of N pin   ( or both, an open fork? ) to turn on lights

we can adapt wire to that center pin and shrink sleeve or use $ ripoff connector plug
