{Chrysler 300} Environmental control switch 1964 no A/C

The low fan works when button pushed.

The high speed fan and defroster modes are really slow.

The blower motor connections register power with simple DC probe and ground clip.

All buttons on switch operate for on and off sequences.

I will apply full 12 volts with a wire to force high speed fan to operate.

Any suggestions
