You may drive it around the world and back with no lead and no problem. Does Noel use lead in his F?

Subject: {Chrysler 300} Lead additive
Don’t want to start a big back and forth but I have one of “ those” questions. I have a 63 non letter 383. I have been running a lead additive as I’m not sure if Chrysler was using hardened valve seats in 63. I have heard yes and no. It’s kind of a pain and getting expensive as I do drive the car quite a bit. Some of you gurus: do I need to run the lead additive? It has 93,000 original miles and never been out of the car.
Thanks
