{Chrysler 300} Steering box wedge to rear frame bolt

The 64 steering box to frame must have loosened. 

The wedge fell out of place with wheels up in garage

I tapped it back in place onto the rear mounting bolt, with 5/8" left out.

Is this about the correct length that remains?

50 ft/lbs torque per Manual

Any chance this retighteng would change previous alignment?

Luckily it did not happen during short drive!
