hi, it seems stock G wheels , I think are 6.5 wide , need smooth edges at rim on trim rings and that only go 2" toward center rim , they are made by " Wheel Vintiques  " . None of the " universal " ones will fit as they are more than 2" will hit center disc 

I bought them direct from WV . Kind if hard to do as the minute you search all the " dealers "  pop up
