Service Manual says Mazda Number 57, 2 candle power. Don’t know if that helps. Google equivalent or might be easier to pull one out and take it to your local auto store.
I had my whole dash out so haven’t tried reaching one with it in the car, but I think it should be possible to reach.
Question: Is there a source for the blue plastic domes that the bulbs sit in? Mine disintegrated so I pulled them all out. But I’d be curious if they were available – maybe for a different make/model?

Subject: {Chrysler 300} Gauge Light Bulbs
Howdy,
Question for the group, what size light bulb is used in the gauges on a 57-58 Chrysler? Follow up question, is the easiest way to access the through under the dash? Or lean the gauges or panel outwards?
Thanks,
Josh
