Can anyone help me decode a couple of items on a certicard on my 1964 Sport Fury?

It reads:

Transmission: 80
Paint:  HH1

Is an 80 transmission an automatic or a 4 speed?
Can I assume HH1 is Sandalwood Metallic on both the top and the body?
