You can try 413 pistons if you want, but let's remember that the pin height
on RB pistons is different from that on B pistons, so you may have issues
there if you're not careful.

Sorry if this has already been answered, but a 361 stroker in the subject
line got me interested since I have a 361 sitting in my garage with no
future plans. I did the math and came up with 399.7ci with a std bore
size. With a .030" overbore, it's 405.6ci. So really, a 440 crank in a 361
gives you a long stroke 400.
If your block is ok for an .060" overbore, you could use std 413 pistons
(4.18" bore) and that'll net 411.5ci. Love to see the look on someone's
face when you tell them you have a 412 motor with 413 pistons. I think my
old 361 may have just found a future!
