I am slowly getting smarter about this car stuff.
A year and a half ago when i joined this site I thought u guys were
just "old cowards" afraid to tackle a big project.
Well i have been
so humbled thru a few cars i have bought that turned out not such
good deals that i bought on impulse at a "good" price.
The last three cars i have considered i have actually walked away
from, seeing they were too much work and money. thats a major
improvement for an impulsive fruitcake like myself.
So I am trying to take my place in line and listen to u old fogeys.
LOL
For my Charger I just went to Wildcat auto wrecking here in Oregon
and Ed fixed me up with a solid, straight and true Charger, that
doesnt give me nightmares at nite, I of course had to "pay more than i
thought i should" but as i work on it I havent found any big
"uh-ohs!!" The project looks like it will be fairly
straightforward.Except for figuring out that four speed swapover,
yikes!
