    I would try a new o-ring. The one you show is green like the new
    134A refrigerant o-rings. Check the clearance to ensure proper
    o-ring compression. That green ring my not have the correct section
    width.

The other is a slow leak around the o ring. How have you dealt with this? O ring or some kind of sealant?
