1964 Plymouth lower control arm bushing removal

Hi all. I'm removing/replacing the lower control arm bushings in my 1964 Plymouth sport fury. I pressed out the inner metal sleeve and the rubber, but the outer metal sleeve stayed put. I don't see a way to press it out, but could be wrong. How do I remove it?
