As far as I know, the two transmissions are the same except for the shifter 
mount, and possible the location of that mount along the tailhousing. 
Perhaps a visit to Passon's website will tell you the comparative cost of 
the two tailhousings. As long as both are 1"-23 spline, the tailhousing is 
the only difference.
