The 383 4bbl Hp came with an unsilenced air cleaner that had no snorkel. It
was about 9 " in dia. The same air cleaner, no snorkel, size was on the
valiant and barracuda of some years dave O

I am trying to confirm the correct air cleaner that goes with the 64 383
4bbl in my Polara. It seems as though that when I first owned the car in
the
late 70's it had a single snorkel type air cleaner but if you look at the
photo in the link below, it shows it as having no snorkel. Before I buy
one
could someone confirm which is correct?

thanks for the help!!
