Pretty sure the length is the only difference.

Subject: Cable shift cables!
I know this is a stupid question but are the cables different for the
push button shifter than the console shift cables? I have a friend that
bought a 63 Plymouth push button and didn't get the shift cables with
it. I have the ones out of my Sport Fury,(which has a console in it) and
I was going to give them to him to use. These cables are really long so
I thought they might work either way.
