To do a C-body, you have to grind the captive nuts from underneath. B-bodies
can be done with the right hand tools.

If you can access the top dash fasteners near the glass you can get the
dash off w/o removing the glass. Access is easy on some Mopars, not so
easy on others. I bet the '65 B is one of the hard to get to ones; I know
the '65 Barracuda is that way, with weatherstrip burying access.
I seem to recall that Akron Don once reported using a batch of tiny tools
to access the fasteners with the glass in and thus pop off the dash.
