318 lifters should be available from Mopar in both .001
and .008 overbore. I would do a complete check of your
current lifter bore sizing to determine if .008 are in fact going
to work. If you have worn lifter bore's with existing .008 oversize,
then your only option will be to have your lifter bores bushed.

It's a poly motor. The only mention or reference I can find in my FSM
is that the mark denotes a .008" overbore on the lifters...no other
sizes.
Does anyone know if they are available anywhere?
