Help! How do I get rear wheel off

Not only do I have the infamous tapered rear axle spline in my 1964 
Dodge Polara, I also have rear wheel studs that rotate when you try to 
take the nuts off! I am dying for ideas here on how to remove the wheel 
and brake drum at the same time off these crazy tapered axle. Any and 
all suggestions will be very much appreciated! Zack
