That is the bolt that is in the LCA. (Lower Control Arm) That will pick-up
or lower your front end height. Do it with your car on the ground. As I said
you may require a new alignment as your camber adjustment will change.

There is no adjustment on the torsion bars. Are you refering to the
suspension height adjustment? The bolt in the LCA? If so, leave the car
on the ground. By moving this adjustment your camber and castor
adjustments will be changed.

on the ground??
