Car Prices

Is it just me or are the prices of our cars going higher all the  
time,,,,,,or is it just when I am buying, and not selling,,,,,,,,,,,,,,gone seem  to 
be the days of picking up a relatively rust free project for a couple  
thousand are no longer here,,,,,,,,,,
