Knud-Erik,
Don't get violent with a hammer. You will most probably bend the drums. Take
them to a shop and have the hubs (hydraulically) pressed out.
Been there..done that.

Subject: brakedrums
Hello people,
I need to get the hub of the front brake drum? As I am planning on using the
drums on the rear axel.(I have installed disc brakes up front) the rear
drums are worn out. It looks like I have to be really violent.
Any ideas anyone?
Thanks in advance for you time,
