Norwalk Mo-Power Event - Day 3

Well, disappointing day performance and elimination wise. Beautiful weather
today, even better than yesterday. Made up for the dismal weather on Friday.
I ran two rounds in eliminations. I dialed in based on yesterday's performance
at 12.33. The other car red lighted in first round. In both rounds my ETs fell
off over a 1/2 second from yesterday. I lost a tenth in the 60 foot and that
continued to grow with each incremental measurement down the strip. (330', 660',
1000' and 1320'). Yesterday I ran 1.70 sixty foots and 12.34 quarter at over
108 MPH. Today I ran 1.80 & 1.83 sixty foots, 12.88 and 13.03 quarter miles at
around 103 MPH. Usually MPH loss means horsepower loss but if the
tranny/converter is going, can't get the HP to the track, I'd think, and would
show up as what happened to me today.
I suspect a tranny or converter going on me. But not ruling out engine issues.
Going to run test on the engine plus check the tranny fluid for odor or metal
particles.
