No the craigslist ad states that it is a 1964 Mopar 413. In the
photo you can see that it has the typical '64 torqueflite. It likely is out of
a '64 Chrysler or Imperial (which could be confused as a Plymouth by less
Mopar literate). I have a 361 and trans that was pulled out of a '64 Chrysler
Newport. The trans is the same as the B body but the throttle and kick down
  linkage is much different.Ben

  yard 1966 Dodge Coronet 500 1964 Dodge Polara 2-dr HT 1964
  Dodge 330 Station Wagon 1954 Ford F-100 (Grandpa's Truck) 1990 Ford
Bronco 5.8Lplus a few other wrecks and lawn
  ornaments

   I think the
original post was that it was a 413 from a Plymouth. If 61' was the last
year for a 413 in a Plymouth, (not the Max Wedge),  it would have a cast
iron Torqueflite. Was the crankshaft flange different
  pre-1962. Nick

      | I have a 65 413 crank in my 1972 413 motor home block

Something for thought when looking at older 413 engines. The last
year for Plymouth with a 413cu.in. was 1961, ( we're not talking about
          the 62' 413 Max Wedge). My 1961 Plymouth Fury is a 413cu.in. 375hp
Sonoramic Commando. The tranny is a T-85 3-speed. There is
a Plymouth 413 engine for sale not far from me and it has a
A-488 Torqueflite (cast iron to 1961). The owner told me that the
crankshaft flange may be different and not mate to a A-727 Torqueflite
(aluminum 1962 - later). I've not seen the pre-1962 crankshaft flange
but this is just something to think about.   Nick Tiberio FuryUs63

No, the 413 was not an option for 1964 B body Dodge or
          Plymouth police cars.

The 413 was an option only in 1964 Dodge
          880 police cars.

The 413 was not available in any 1964
          Plymouths.

 Thanks,
 Gary H.
