Would a change of wheel with some offset cure the problem?  Can't remember which wheel you're using.  Are you committed to the ones you have?

Problem: the front of the tire rubs the lower fender well front edge at the bottom.. 

  I need a smaller diameter and maybe a little narrower tread & section width. 

 It must be blackwall ( No raised white lettering ) and as plain and smooth on at least one sidewall 

as I can get. Easier cleaning and I like that look.  Brand not important and not high priced. 

 What are you useing that may work for me?  Thanks for any input.......................MO
