Gary, this is further evidence to support my theory. I am turning into a 280
pound weakling! Even harder to turn the steering wheel than it used to be.
.8-) I will stick with the 12 oz beers as I believe repetition makes more
strength than weight does. Let us know if that guy is gaining muscle

I was going to suggest the steering wheel spun easier because MO was working
out and increased his upper body strength. Like a guy I know who switched
from drinking 12 oz beers to 16 oz beers so he could lift more weight with
his arm. LOL
Yes the article is called PUMP IT DOWN and is linked on the tech page

MO,
I think you hit the nail on the head. Rick Ehrenberg did an article a
while back about tailoring pump pressure to your taste using selective
thickness washers. I'm sure the information is floating about on the
web,
although Gary probably has the information stashed someplace on here :)
Buddy Jack Opperman has experimented with this with what I believe to be
positive results... I know he checks in here on occasion - Jack, any
help?

Just wondering if anyone else noticed this.. On my 64 Dode B body with

power steering pump. I believe there is a difference in pressure, and
that
the steering has more " road feel" And that it does not have the feeling
of
to easy to turn the steering wheel. The return hose on the pump barb
is
much smaller than the outlet on the power steering sector. That leads me
to
believe the later pump does not put out as much volume as the earlier one
did. My imagination or could it be?.........................MO
