Is it possible that maybe an insurance adjuster is trying to get a ball park figure on a '62, to clear a claim? Wayne said that the insurance people were using ebay prices to estimate the replacement costs of his tools after they were damaged in the garage fire. Or, maybe somebody is looking to sell their '62 and wanted some kind of estimate to start the opening price at. Or, maybe it is a big ole scam. Would it matter if this was an overseas deal? If you had U.S. dollars deposited in your bank, then they came for your car, sounds like a deal to me. This list sounds like a great source of names to contact for any older Mopars. You don't always know, unless you ask. I'll sell anything, for the right price.
