Poly ident

Hi,

I have my poly out for a bath and found the ident marks.

It is not at all like  I expected.  The ident on the front face below 
the drivers side head is:

1926

Does that mean anything?

I know that the original 313 was pulled from my car and replaced with 
this.  What does the 1926 mean?

Also, does the wiper pivot from a 63 b-body fit onto the linkage for my 
64?  The drivers side wiper pivot is badly corroded and seized and I 
have a pair of 63's.  I know that the pivot arm is straight on the 63 
and offset on the 64 but does that matter?

If it does, I need a pivot from a 64 and I have some 63's available.
