I stand corrected,   My machinest say I would have to go to 132  over to get there with the 440 pistons.  Would depend on the block having enough metal to do it.  Will explore other ways to do what I want.

  452's will give you 8.3:1 compression with a .039 head gasket.  8.65:1 with a .020 gasket.
  If you find a good set of 915 heads (67 440), you will have 9.0:1 with a .039 gasket.
